Did you know that massage therapy is so much more than just relaxation?  Of course, I want everyone to feel relaxed during their massage, however my love is in treating pain. 

My particular love when it comes to massage, is treating lower back/hip pain, neck/shoulder/upper back pain, and ribs/mid back pain. 

Full disclosure though, I don’t believe in the no pain no gain principle, so there will be no sharp pointy elbows digging in, and definitely no pushing so hard you feel like you will fall through the massage table.  

My training includes swedish (relaxtion), remedial, sports, myofascial release, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy, neural release, injury rehab, and muscle energy technique, so you can be sure your treatment will be comprehensive.

I have over 15 years experience working with clients within physio and chiropractic clinics, as well as in my own practice, and even worked with an NEAFL team for 3 seasons.

I have full health fund registrations, so you will be able to claim a rebate with your receipt if you have cover.


What this means for you, is a great treatment, targeting the areas of pain,

and you walking out feeling much better than when you walked in.

A word from our mascot.. 


Here is Jet, the official mascot of Energia Health, becasue he loves being up in the healing space as much as possible!  He is a 10 year old German Shepherd x Border Collie, who loves pats and sleeping.  On the booking form you will find a tick box to indicate whether you would prefer him away as you arrive and leave.  He is always happy to meet new friends, but completely understands that some may be allergic, or be wary around dogs.
